It was great while it lasted - good pay, felt heard, wonderful teammates

Cons

Manager was overbearing, they "let go" of people a lot after their mass layoffs when they promised everyone else was safe as they move toward automation services and cheaper labor overseas. Like we couldn't read between the lines as people all of a sudden started getting fired.

Cons

There are too many people whose jobs are to basically sift through others' work and critique it. This should not be a management position's job.
