Decent pay, not to much physical work

Cons

Nothing is ever on time, payments are either wrong or late, tons of miles on your personal vehicle. And you have to use your car to transport items

Meda is an awesome company with amazing people. If you want to come to work feeling like your work matters, this place is for you. The company culture is like no other I’ve been a part of. They celebrate the wins, they’re there for you during times of need, and provide world class training. It’s a family-oriented company who truly cares about its employees. Unlimited growth, uncapped commission, rewards trip for top performers, and more!

Cons

Starting out, the base salary is a bit low, and it does take an average of 6mo-1.5yrs to truly start seeing success and the good money. But if you’re willing to grind and stick it out, it’s 100% worth it!

Medasource is a company that has continued to grow, and is still growing! The training and growth opportunities are endless. You truly are the driver in where you want your career to go and what your success looks like. The whole team is extremely supportive, and will cheer you on as you hit your milestones! They play a role in both your professional and personal life, and celebrate all of your wins in both. With uncapped commissions and a promotion typically within your first 6-8 months, Medasource is the place to be!

Cons

The starting salary is a bit low compared to the area average, but the growth potential, uncapped commission and promotions (which increase the base salary) are worth having the lower starting salary for a short time.
