Good staff and pay rate. Working remotely does pose a few challenges but typically someone is always ready to help if a problem arises.

Cons

Working remotely is great, but we were not provided with a work computer or phone.

Medasource is a company that has continued to grow, and is still growing! The training and growth opportunities are endless. You truly are the driver in where you want your career to go and what your success looks like. The whole team is extremely supportive, and will cheer you on as you hit your milestones! They play a role in both your professional and personal life, and celebrate all of your wins in both. With uncapped commissions and a promotion typically within your first 6-8 months, Medasource is the place to be!

Cons

The starting salary is a bit low compared to the area average, but the growth potential, uncapped commission and promotions (which increase the base salary) are worth having the lower starting salary for a short time.
