Pros

Constant social events if that’s your thing + good Sales Managers that care about their reps.

Cons

Insulting base salary that they justify with “investments” towards layers of support; this is not true, those investments are towards substantial social budgets to enable the childish drinking culture. Claims to be a “Consulting Services” firm, this is also not true. It’s staffing, stop lying to recent graduates. A President that doesn’t have the slightest grasp of leadership and would be eaten alive at far lower levels of leadership at any properly functioning company. No diversity to the point that it’s extremely embarrassing and obvious.

Here at Medasource, we structure our pay based on a commission supported scale with no caps or limits on the total amount that our employees can make.
