-lots of layers of support from leadership! I've always felt the guidance and mentorship from management. In Medasource they give you the roadmap to be successful and push you to meet your highest potential. They truly care about you as an individual and want to know your professional and personal goals here. -growth opportunity is endless, lots of opportunity to move up and I love how I'm in charge of my own success. All promotions are merit based!

Cons

This industry is tough! With people/relationships being the center of what we do you learn very quickly you can only control the controllable. You have to have grit and a positive mindset.
