You don’t find many companies now a-days that support you in so many different ways. Not only can you make great money here if you put in the time and effort but you are surrounded by coworkers and leadership who help coach you, listen to you, and push you to make you better. It’s also the little things that really stand out to me -It’s not everyday that the President and other leaders in your company text/call you for hitting milestones or wish you a happy birthday. People care and want to see you grow and stay.
