Pros

Medasource is a company that has continued to grow, and is still growing! The training and growth opportunities are endless. You truly are the driver in where you want your career to go and what your success looks like. The whole team is extremely supportive, and will cheer you on as you hit your milestones! They play a role in both your professional and personal life, and celebrate all of your wins in both. With uncapped commissions and a promotion typically within your first 6-8 months, Medasource is the place to be!

Cons

The starting salary is a bit low compared to the area average, but the growth potential, uncapped commission and promotions (which increase the base salary) are worth having the lower starting salary for a short time.

Pros

1. Strong leadership and support structure; this is not a burn and churn company, but a company that invests in their employees' professional growth and training. 2. One of a kind opportunity; unlimited upward mobility, they only promote from within. Typically promotions occur every 1-2 years since company consistently growing at a rapid pace. 3. Feels more like a family than an employer; this company really cares about its employees. 4. It's fun; work hard play hard - this job is challenging but the people are amazing and the process is truly amazing.

Cons

You have to either have great time management and grit, or learn to have it quickly. Although Medasource invests heavily in training/support, the best employees go above and beyond to ask for additional support when needed and invest their own time into career development. Control your own destiny.

Pros

There are endless opportunities to grow if you work hard. The work is extremely fulfilling, the culture is so positive, and I have genuinely developed lifelong relationships with my coworkers.

Cons

As in recruiting/consulting, there are highs and lows of the position. We work with people, and sometimes people can be unpredictable. As long as you remember to "ride the train" so to speak, then you will be fine!
