Pros

Excellent contract company and decent pay. First contract company I've worked for that offers more in the way of salary than most. Contract companies usually under pay.

Cons

Pros

Lots of fun people around you because they hire most of their employees young with little experience or industry knowledge (this plays to their advantage so they can manipulate situations as they feel necessary) and they dangle a fun culture with lots of booze and big money opportunities in front of you.

Cons

Since the company has grown very quickly in the last few years they have promoted from within nearly 100% of the time. As a result, many of the people in leadership are lacking the experience to be in positions of leadership or management that they are in. They are also very fake and have no issue lying to people about what’s really going on with accounts all day every day. With no rules of engagement, they have taken earned business away from reps for no reason at all except that another rep wants that business and has sucked up to leadership enough to get what he wants. This isn’t a respectable company; it’s a good ole boys club that only cares about the people within that circle. They are completely dishonest with clients and go to great lengths to lie about it and cover it up. My colleagues and myself have witnessed leadership doing elicit drugs before going on meetings and making racist or misogynistic comments about and to people in the company. The CEO (of eight eleven group) makes women uncomfortable (myself included) at events because he gets belligerently drunk and violates personal space. There is a serious lack of diversity and inclusion throughout the company with leadership actively not caring about learning how to make this a priority. When they want to fire someone for illegitimate reasons and don’t want a lawsuit on their hands, they find ways to put that person in a bad situation that makes them hate their job and end of up quitting. I’ve seen this happen with many people in just the short time I worked for the company.
