I have been with the company for 4+ years and was hired right out of college. You won't find another company that treats their employees the way EightEleven/Medasource does. You are surrounded by people who really care about you and want to see you succeed. The support could not get much better and there is a ton of $$ that can be made working here.

Cons

If you're a recruiter or rep that exceeds expectations you sometimes feel like you are always working - but hey, that's sales right?

Pros

My first amazing impression with this position was with Erika Repass, my recruiter and it has been an amazing experience since and I am still loving it months down the road. Erika is personable, professional, kind, and caring. She has taken several extra steps to ensure I am taken care of as well as my family. Her communication has been phenomenal throughout my entire experience and she never fails to go above and beyond. She is by far one of the most important assets to the MedaSource team and her work is impeccable. She has answered all of my questions and concerns with poise, accuracy and in a timely manner. She truly cares and it shows. I could not be happier with how she has handled everything!

Cons

My only con is that at some point this position will become unnecessary and I will no longer be a part of such a great team.
