Pros

The culture is what makes the company, you won't find a better group of people to work with. They have created more managerial paths for recruiters, which wasnt possible a couple years ago.

Cons

The Staffing Industry is tough, which leads to people leaving.

Pros

Culture is key in this organization. The work family is strong and everyone cares for each other. Core values are intertwined into the whole organization. Great opportunity to provide quick, lasting value as a new rep in the healthcare industry. Tons of growth opportunity - the ability to create your own path is encouraged and supported. Comp plan is very competitive with the industry - base salary is average but commission plan and bonus structure are very strong and together they rival anything out there.

Cons

This is not a job where you can just 'get by' and fly under the radar. It's not a stepping stone so if that is what you are looking for, probably not the right fit. They invest heavily in you from day one but expect the same in return.
