Medasource reviews

Eight Eleven/Medasource was my first job out of college and I have been here since (over 5 years). I decided on Medasource because it looked like everyone had fun at work, and I stayed because it's true. We work hard, play hard, and celebrate successes here often. As for pay/salary, the starting base is low, but within 3 years I was blowing my salary/financial goals out of the water. PTO is pretty much self-tracked at most offices and plenty of flexibility to get time off when wanted/needed. I have flexibility and autonomy in my day to accomplish what I need and I never feel micromanaged. I've thoroughly enjoyed working here over the past 5 years and plan to stay for the foreseeable future!

Medasource has given me the opportunity to work for a company that I see myself staying with for the duration of my professional career. Coming here right out of college, that is not something most early 20 year old's can say. The cultural aspect and feeling of a family that we build on a daily basis is unmatched. Moreover, being able to create growth for myself and working with the leadership at Medasource to discuss where I want to see my career go is something I am very grateful for as it keeps me constantly striving to improve.
