Medasource is a fast paced company that is expanding nationally. They are looking for bright young minds who want to be successful. Their training program is second to none in the Industry and the companies Management truly cares about the employees. It's a great place to join if you want to learn and be challenged!

Cons

The HIT market is competitive and fast paced. You need to really buy-in to be successful here, but Management is there along the way.

* The company culture is so awesome! It allows for people to feel comfortable asking anyone and everyone for help/advice, but also making recommendations about how something should be changed. * Organic growth creates an environment of trust and transparency * The company constantly cares about your happiness and success and is willing to help you find your niche spot rather than have you leave * Chance to make a ton of cash in any role! * Flexible schedule - recruiter or account executive - you have the ability to build your own calendar and make accommodations for when life happens

Cons

* Project-based work opportunities can come and go; however, most if not all of sales opportunities with any company in any industry are the same way. * The IT learning curve can feel like a heavy burden, but the training programs in place take care of this - I promise!!
