Business Outlook
Pros
The flexibility offered to work from home or hybrid, no weekend or late nights required, no talking to Clients and option to buy an extra week of vacation and generous fully paid for benefit package are all great perks.
Cons
The job itself is incredibly boring and can be lonely. There are constantly new processes or procedures rolled out that are often rolled out clumsily and without proper training making me constantly second guess whether I am following the correct protocol. Better training and communication would be a huge asset although that might be Departmental and not Company wide.
