The Benefits package is 100% employer paid which is nice, which includes family coverage, not just employee coverage
Cons
when the switch was made to rebrand from Atlantic Blue Cross Care to Medavie Blue Cross, it seems some of the values that made the company great to work for slipped away, like promoting from within. This rarely happens anymore. Recently, we are seeing more examples of toxic work environments, with unrealistic performance targets and more and more micromanagement from Team Leaders and Managers, making some areas difficult to work in. You see it in the high turnover and number of staff on stress related leaves.
