Salaries are decent for the area. Benefits are OK but going down. It's the type of place you can work all your life until you retire. Good work life balance.

Cons

Things don't move fast there. Petty politics and people working in silos make project last forever. Trying to get out of your box and do other things without stepping on other peoples toes is difficult.
