My supervisors and colleagues were helpful, friendly and pleasant to work with and I got to know so many wonderful people in this company.

Cons

Their system was the worst, very slow and it took forever to load tasks, updates, docs etc... although I heard some improvements were made after I left. Like many other insurance companies, your case load fluctuates and it can become very stressful wen 3-4 ppl in your department decide to go on disability.
