Parking costs up to $120 per month, no free parking available. Constant change and ineffective decisions that flow from upper management. Team Leaders/Managers are often hired externally, or are people with little experience in duties of employees they manage.

- Very Old technology, tools and ideology compared to modern IT shops, Even the "new" technology is old, coupled with old ideas. - Dated and cramped work spaces very little natural light. (unless your a leader). - Extremely lethargic , segmented and inconsistent workflow process's - Depts and teams are very segmented and budget driven, quite often with different end goals, resulting in conflicting priorities making hard for the average worker to get stuff done. - No Gym or Usable break space as common in most companies of this size.(lounge spaces are constantly used for meetings)
