Manipulative, untrustworthy and unfair manager who does not stand up for his team. High turnover as a result, which is why he needs to overpay employees.

Free medical dental plan. charity events, Bright sunny office, with kitchette on each level.

Cons

"Clickish" management, Old Archaic DOS computer programs still being used. this and other systems they use, make something that should be a simple, straight forward task, into an extremely lenghtly complicated process. Just doesn't make efficiency sense.
