Pros

Great team to work with. Really, the people I worked with were, for the most part, nice people.

Cons

Many people left and there were no replacements. We are overworked with how "lean" the company is trying to be. It feels like we are drowning a lot of the times.

While there’s been a lot of change, it’s been exciting and positive. With Anne Curwin as the new CEO and several new senior leaders, there’s a clear focus on building a strong foundation for growth and long-term success. It’s a great time to join the company. There’s a strong mix of long-tenured employees who really know the business and care about doing the right thing, along with new team members who are energized and excited to help build for the future. Medbio is a Michigan-based company serving the pharmaceutical industry, and the work we do truly matters, it impacts patients every day and helps improve health outcomes.

Cons

As with any company experiencing change, change takes some adjustment, but Medbio is moving in the right direction.
