Wonderful company to work for that has put incredible programs in place to incentivize the employees. They are flexible and work with the employees to create the perfect work environment for everyone. The CEO meets with every employee regularly to make sure our voices are heard and makes adjustments where necessary based off of our feedback. I have worked for other companies and would choose Medfusion every time!

Forward thinking organization, wonderful senior management that is full of integrity and is open to employee ideas. Challenges you to always be improving. Amazing staff and administration, open communications, on the job training, great benefits, they truly care about the health and welfare of the employees. Diverse population and culture.

Very poor leadership with no accountability has created a toxic culture. Customers and good employees are leaving as quickly as they can. The overall business is headed in the wrong direction.
