We try hard to foster an environment on our tech teams and across MediaMath that promotes respect, trust and professional maturity. What you describe here is not common or acceptable from members of our team, and I would appreciate if you reached out to me directly so that I can address the problems you brought up. Our tech team is passionate about changing the industry that we work in, and we can do it only by giving our employees a strong environment with the right culture, shared vision, and tools to thrive. There are many reviews on these pages that reference our recent restructure. It was a difficult but necessary action for the health of the overall company. The company has emerged stronger and more focused as a result and the employees that were impacted by the event were treated fairly and respectfully with severance packages and active job placement services. It is never easy seeing your friends and coworkers displaced and there will always be anger and frustration from all sides prosecuting how the process occurred. Where we stand as a company now, with that in our rear view, we find the culture, spirit and pride inside the company remains very strong and we continue to our mission to transform media. –Tom
