      Pros

      I have been working in MediaMath for 3 months. Shortly, I would definitely recommend this company to my friend. Friendly atmosphere, everyone is working as a team member always discussing to achieve the best result. You can always suggest your ideas and different solutions to solve existing problems. Everyone is self motivated and oriented to results. Great career opportunities, if you are self motivated person, like to take responsibility for your work and help others, you will definitely be noticed by managers. And of course all MediaMath benefits, training, regular team buildings, food, shorter working hours, health insurance and much more.

      Pros

      The company consists of several talented people who are extremely approachable and more than willing to share their knowledge and help you out. Ad-tech industry is very dynamic and you get to learn a lot!

      Cons

      Would expect better perks and benefits and also wish that the compensation was better.

      Pros

      Smart People, Great culture, and awesome benefits plans. They have very flexible work and fun environment. You can learn a lot. There are many good things about which can be actually experienced after working with MM. People are rewarded and recognized for their good work. Awful culture and HR processes. Exposed to different cultures and business practices around the globe provides opportunity to work with different peoples. In short, MediaMath deserves to be a best employer.

      Cons

      Not exactly, but still team should work on 401 K plan. It can be better than this.
