The people are smart and dedicated to building something truly great, and the company is focused and results-driven. The environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and dynamic because of the ongoing changes in the industry. My supervisors gave me the opportunity to work on many different parts of the business, giving me a chance to work on collaborative and cross-functional teams in product, advertising, editorial, marketing and operations. I was supported in my development and growth, and I was given freedom to solve problems that helped the company improve and grow.
