I've only been here a few months, but so far I am very happy compared to my past job history - working 100% remote with great flexibility. I really like both my male and female supervisors. Feeling like I'm making a difference and helping to make improvements is important to my satisfaction, and I feel like we are making strides in a short time. I feel like I already have great experience and items to add to my resume/portfolio. I really enjoy what I do. If I didn't, my feelings might be different.
