Pros

Great People, friendly culture throughout and upper management was extremely supportive and helpful.

Cons

I was on the National team and the DFM product is more of a local play given their large but limited market coverage for a media company. The investment in digital was very minimal for the needs of the national team and the local sales teams were still heavily reliant on print revenue, which is migrating to digital at an alarming rate.

Pros

Pros? Not a lot. I really enjoyed my co-workers and there's a good amount of flexibility with your shifts if you're a writer, but that's about it.

Cons

The pay is terrible. They do not care about their writers or the content. They push terrible platforms meant to make it more "digital" and lay offs are a constant since the whole company is falling apart. When I left, my editor told me he didn't blame me and would leave too if he could.
