Pros

Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing and Nothing

Cons

They never give raises any more in many departments. They promote people who have less education, fewer skills than you do and reward people on who are extroverts. Introverts have NO future with this company. It angers me that upper management doesn't know anything about what your skills or education are. They don't talk to you or get to know you. They now refuse to get to know you to see what you have to offer. The whole time I've worked here it's all about promoting people who turn out less work than you do and are just more socially outgoing. That doesn't necessarily make you a better employee. They outsource more and more so the better jobs are sent overseas to India and the Philippines. I was first hired in my current position to use Flash, use html, use php, use css, and be creative. Now they won't allow me to use any of those skills on the job. The good jobs are outsourced, sent to other departments, or even outsourced to other companies within the U.S. They don't think about the little people. They actually have recently been using an online program to upload ads that makes it harder to do your job. The upper management people don't know about how the little guy does his job so now they make it more time consuming. Management is always behind the ball with technology. Upper management should be fired!!!!! They dumb down my job position.

Great people, terrible management

Pros

Great people. Hard workers. Not much else on pros.

Cons

There are plenty to choose from. The company isn't run well. The company talks great, but has no idea how to grow into a formidable media powerhouse that it thinks it is. There are way to many chiefs. I see a lot of we can do "this" and we can do "that"... but they don't have the capability to do either, but then ask employees to "figure it out" in order to do both. The culture also is terrible. Constant cutting of resources, but still need to get the same work done. I literally had 3 different titles at the same time (depending on who I was talking to - which specialty was applicable), yet only got paid for one title (and not even sufficiently). And that brings me to another con - pay. Salaries are below cost of living for college educated folks in the markets. I can go on, and on.
