      Pros

      Opportunity to learn multiple job functions. Autonomous work environment, providing you produce. I'm sure there are a few more things but I can't think of them right now and I have a 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      You will work multiple job functions due to multiple staff reductions. High focus on driving a profit, even at the risk of compromising journalistic integrity , reducing customer satisfaction or destroying employee morale. Not a place for a long term job career.

      Pros

      When digital first bought our company they cut right the 1st day. At least we knew it was the end but some of us were able to prepare for our last. I'm one of the lucky ones that were let go. Last place you wanna work for. They are the most unprofessional company in my 28 years with the paper company.

      Cons

      Upper management failed to include mid management in communications. They did their best to destroy the reputation of 100 yr old company well made it obsolete by disregarding our oldest demographics.
