Pros

There are some good people who work there and the potential for interesting projects.

Cons

Management is focused on politics and looking good to investors, rather than investing in people, products, and digital media strategies. There's no effort to look at the competition, no effort to develop strategic products, no effort to develop internal talent (or attract rock star outside talent) to improve the team quality.

Some nice people work there.

Cons

No company culture or values. Most long term employees are merely collecting paychecks and put little effort into the job. Company doesn't have the right skills to make the transition work. Too much financial accountability all the time and not enough time to do the job at hand. President severely lacks people skills, compassion and respect towards employees. Last, too much disrespect & yelling at each other.

They are in a dying industry and trying some really innovative ideas to reinvent themselves. Nice people!

Cons

No 401k matching. They will be quick to advise they offer a 401k, but they don't match. Company has many silos, and very poor internal communication.
