      Pros

      Some of the best colleagues I have ever known. A lot of dedicated hard working people that have no clue why the stay for continued abuse.

      Cons

      Terrible corporate structure that continuously interferes with local operations. Significant business changes are not well planned and executed haphazardly. The things that will harm the operation you will be forced to do and the things that will help the operation will take you a year to get corporate approval.

      Nice career opportunity with plenty of room to grow due to supportive management

      None so far, I have enjoyed my experience working for this company. You get back what you put in, with plenty of learning opportunities.
