      Great people, not so great compensation.

      Pros

      Great technology, great people. Great office, one of the best offices I have seen.

      Cons

      No real training, I had a total of less than one day in overall training, everything else is learn as you go(not all bad, just some more formal training would be good). Worked for the company for a year and a half, did not receive any of feedback on my work. Also I had no idea what projects the company was working on. Senior management needs to be more transparent.

      Great technology within an evolving market with the back-up of a Fortune 500 (Danaher)

      Cons

      No longer a small company yet the advantages of being part of a bigger organisation are bigger than this "disadvantage".
