      During this Pandemic while most of the Companies are struggling to maintain their workforce and are forced to take extreme actions such as layoff, Mediaocean has proved to be a Good Employer and has taken care of its employees very well. Seamless transition from Working at Office to Working at Home. Good support from all the departments. Decent timely pay. Great Work Life Balance.

      You may land up in Projects varying from age old technologies to trending technologies. Nothing you can do about it. There is no discrimination in the appraisal whatsoever. You work well to get paid well.
