Good organization for short term stay. You cannot grow in this organization without buttering your manager. This is infact the only major skill set for growth in Mediaocean Pune.

Cons

Managers lack the quality to be managers. Infact few of them are not even eligible to be good developers also. Most of the managers are very fond of female team members and can go to any extent to keep them happy . It's an organization with very wrong ethics in practice and someday it's going to pose a real problem .
