Having headquarters in NY, we get lot of exposure to new product development and working across various teams globally. We also have a great work-life balance in our Pune office, which helps one focus on work as well as give quality time to family. Projects are often managed in such a way that team members do not have to attend scrums daily and usually have a local product owner/team leads to help with queries and technical issues. The company also offers flexibility to employees so that one can attend meetings from home, which is great for women who can then attend to family chores as well.
