The entire process was well-structured, organized, and welcoming, which made my transition into the company seamless and comfortable. From the initial introductions to the orientation sessions, every step reflected Mediaocean’s commitment to employee engagement and inclusion. The HR and onboarding teams were extremely supportive, providing timely communication and clear guidance throughout. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome from my team and the efforts taken to ensure I understood the company’s culture, values, and goals.       good work life balance can take annual leave whenever and nice office with snacks like crisps and chockybars and is clean and quiet.

      Cons

      managers are not leaders they manage, good at their job not at being people managers. nitpicking culture. raised issues with managers manager and was told i am the problem. secrecy about opportunities and salaries. no support to get promoted. many have not-my-job-not-my-problem attitudes and only a handful of people do most of the work.
