Mediaocean culture promotes learning and growth. New employees go through an in-depth training bootcamp during their first month which provides thorough knowledge and understanding of products, technology and processes. Another great thing about MO is the people. Supportive and respectful, most people would like you to succeed which is rare these days. Another perk is great office space in NY. Located near Union Square in Manhattan, MO office space offers a low stress environment. There is a game room, shower-rooms, ping-pong tables and cafe to allow employees to enjoy while working at MO.

Cons

The Open PTO policy causes ambiguity in terms of number of vacation days. Employees feel under-appreciated due to low salary packages and minimal bonuses. Also, there is a sense of uncertainty caused by frequent acquisitions and ensuing lay-offs.
