      Pros

      Unlimited PTO. They try to make it a fun environment.

      Cons

      Pay is low. 401K is a match. Serious favoritism issues in client services department. Hard to advance in client services unless you become a sychophant to the VP. You won’t get promoted on merit.

      Diverse team. Market leader in media management agency software. Tons of perks around the office - game room, frequent food, monthly breakfasts, flexibility in office hours, well known brand in market, very intelligent team and organization

      Cons

      Office politics, a lot of chatter, some folks are bi-lingual in that they talk out of 2 sides of their mouths, sold to Vista Equity Partners in 2015, 20% lay off followed, sometimes too many projects going on at once makes delivering on customer needs and expectations challenging
