      1) Flexibility 2) Management 3) Compensation 4) Culture I have been working for past 3 years and I have never felt valued more as being part of this organization. I also got to work on latest technologies and your ideas are appreciated and there is forum to discuss new ideas every week

      Cons

      I have found no cons as such. Only con I can think of is very team specific i.e employee engagement within team can be better. At organization level the employee engagement is quite good.
