Pros
- Family feel to the company - everyone is really respectful and it feels like a family working together towards a great goal - Many employees have been here for over 25 years, showing loyalty and satisfaction - Great product set - the solutions really are super useful and really provide a value add to clients - Great location - I love the Southbank and surrounding areas. The office has so much going on around it with food places, cafes, bars and restaurants - So many great meetings on diversity and inclusion with teams taking action to make an impact - Great open and inclusive environment - Mentoring/training/buddy systems - so much thought goes into making employees feel welcome. I cannot explain how nice it's been to have a structured introduction into the company, with 1-1s booked in from local team members to the most senior in the company. I'm grateful to the company in so many ways and I really look forward to my future here (if you're considering applying, do it!)
