- First company I've worked for that REALLY makes you feel like they want you to be truly happy - Allow for a fair balance of work and fun - Provide fruit in the morning, snacks during the day and catered lunches occasionally - One of the friendliest work environments I've ever been a part of

Cons

- Work isn't exactly spread evenly throughout the respective teams - There is a bit of a popular crowd who has been around the company for years which creates a bit of a high school environment
