Driven senior management who are knowledgeable about the advertising tech space and want to continue to grow and expand our business. Everyone is generally very friendly here and the cross-functional collaboration makes work very rewarding and challenging. Although Mediaocean is much bigger than a start-up, there are a lot of new products being rolled out which provides the opportunity to work in an exciting and fast paced environment that is very entrepreneurial. There's also great work-life balance and a lot of fun employee events/perks.
