      Pros

      The work is legitimately rewarding. The people are great and caring. The work life balance is the best i've had.

      Cons

      The pay is too low. Way below industry standard. Bonuses have been down. No job levels at all. No reviews. Impossible to know where you stand.

      a lot of political game is playing over there. not giving hike to normal associate only higher order people get. some time higher management record you call without your permission that is bad. if you are not agree with them then they start political game and increase pressure until you shut your mouth and also blame you for everything and forcefully pressure you give resignation. as right now nothing to said upper management never help you grow and all
