      Pros

      Started off like a start-up, "which hat will you wear today" type of mentality. There were a lot of fun people who worked there and it was fun to see them every day. Bill Wise, the CEO, is awesome.

      Cons

      Some management was put in place that I feel didn't have vision or proper execution. There were very long hours but sometimes they felt ok.

      Pros

      You get to work with very intelligent people and leaders in the industry and actually have access to the CEO.

      Cons

      it can be challenging hours when working with the international offices.
