      Pros

      The problems we are trying to solve are really interesting. Pay is competitive. Very remote friendly (though that may vary by manager). Great work-life balance on my team. I work with a great team, and have yet to encounter anyone that wasn't professional and friendly.

      Cons

      The complexities and ever-changing martech landscape make keeping up with things difficult Pay increase/bonus plans could use some improvement.
