      Trying to grow again. People are great, leadership very capable and trustworthy.

      Cons

      Not easy to get a deal done, too many roadblocks internally, very little flexibility. Reputation in market needs repairing, need to invest in software development. Recent acquisitions make it hard to understand where one really stands. Lots of bumpy integrations
