      US Centric Management - have huge employe force in India but upper management is mostly in US Late-night meetings keeping in mind company headquarters are in the United States

      Does not invest enough in people and software... but it's getting better Low pay causes lots of turnover which burdens an already strained team Leadership team and board of directors is VERY male-dominated Women generally feel less valued and overpowered by male leadership
