Pros

Wide service base of installed equipment within the US. Large base of service engineers. Some senior level engineers. Fairly good repair facility. Fairly impressive corporate office in GA. FE hours allows some freedom during the day.

Cons

Salary, not hourly. On-call requirements vary and can be 24x7 depending on location and with no standby pay.

The stand-by pay is inclusive in the yearly productivity bonus which is based on customer satisfaction and response.

Pros

People are fantastic, culture is perfect, product gives customers options they didn't have before, pricing provides a discount to customer. Providing a product and services to the market that is needed.

Cons

Start up company , some growing pains, not ready to take things to the next level yet. some decisions were made without researching the market.
