Business idea of technologically improving medical field with simplistic integrations and user tools. Work at home capability and salary, overall benefits.

Cons

Sense of urgency is not always evident, less professional than other companies.

Pros

Most positions offer flexible schedules. Perks like coffee and tea in the break room and free downtown parking. FUN employee activities throughout the year like family summer picnic, bring your kid to work day, and Christmas party. Employee-focused work environment. The work we do is complicated and extremely challenging but leadership understands that. They listen to employee survey results and implement changes to resolve ongoing issues. I've noticed a positive shift in the last six months and am looking forward to the progress we'll make as a team in 2016.

Cons

Can be stressful. Not all employees put in a 100% effort, so you feel like you're picking up slack a at times.

Cons

Can be a high pressure and chaotic at times. The company is aware of this and I do see changes being implemented to deal with this.
