Pros

Great salary, great people who are dedicated to their work. The company offers flexibility and good benefits.

Cons

Rapid acquisition mode promoted a lot of chaos, turnover and lack of communication. Product deadlines were constantly missed. This is a very stressful work environment.

Pros

There is a great relaxed feel to the work environment where casual clothing is the norm and most folks are awesome to work with. Most everyone wants to do the right thing for the client and will put in the effort to make things happen.

Cons

Too many times client issues become an exercise in a fire drill. Process needs to be put in place and time taken to teach others. Mistakes happen, but the reaction rather than preventative attitude is still in place.
