Strong customer focus. Strong come together attitude.

Cons

Can be a high pressure and chaotic at times. The company is aware of this and I do see changes being implemented to deal with this.

Cons

Need to focus on maintaining the old, not just the new and flashy. Owned by Aetna which means HR is a nightmare.
