Cons

- Misalignment of ownership for certain business functions (some functions report up to the wrong department)

Pros

-Can't think of any. -They have a cool Keurig machine. -They have nice cubbie rooms you can duck into. -They have a nice nursing mother room that no one uses.

Cons

-No organization -Definitely about who you know not what you know. -Quite a bit of discrimination -An IT company that claims to be up to date with technology but they aren't. -One side seems to fight with the other side. No one takes accountability and no one works as one company. -For being owned by AETNA insurance, the insurance sucks.

Pros

very relaxed work environment. casual dress.

Cons

-TOO relaxed. -NO accountability from management, so some teams are completely worthless. -the company is completely disorganized. 0 training. -priorities are ALL jacked up. Some departments will look for a SR position outside rather than look internally for qualified employees. -if you're looking for advancement and you aren't in the club, just hang it up because you'll not advance very far. -very little care or concern to retain experience. I watched people who'd been with the company for 12 years get laid off when they could've been re-positioned easily.
